Unless it’s being run by her own subconscious, which now understands there need to be limits to the protection for her own good? We can’t be sure, though.
My guess is its independent possibly with her influence. Ever want to catch a cold to get out of school think that never happened to her before. Does she even know why she’s protected from rain. Maby Guardian angel isn’t a meta but the cat is somehow.
